eNext School – Refund & Cancellation Policy

The eNext School System (“eNext School”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital education and school management services. This policy outlines our rules regarding payments, refunds, and cancellation of services.

1. Payment Terms

  • Payments for eNext School services (subscriptions, modules, or premium features) must be made through authorized payment methods provided by the platform.

  • Fees are determined based on the selected plan, features, and duration, and are communicated before purchase.

  • Payments are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian law.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Schools, parents, or authorized users may request cancellation of subscriptions or services in writing through official communication channels.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

  • Access to the system or specific features will continue until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments made to eNext School are non-refundable once access to the service has been granted.

  • Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

    • Duplicate or excess payment

    • Payment made due to technical errors

    • Service not delivered as agreed

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

4. Service Termination

  • eNext School reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of Terms & Conditions.

  • No refund will be issued for services terminated due to user violations or misconduct.

5. Modifications

  • eNext School may update the Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

  • Changes will be communicated through official channels or system notifications. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
