eNextSchool offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) to educational institutions through monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription plans. All payments made to eNextSchool are for access to digital services, hosting, and support.
Cancellation by Customer (Schools/Admins):
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your admin dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annually).
No new invoices will be generated after cancellation.
Auto-Renewal:
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Reminders will be sent via email/SMS prior to auto-renewal (if applicable).
Cancellation by eNextSchool:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
You violate the Terms & Conditions
Payments are not received after multiple reminders
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
Due to the nature of digital services, we follow a no-refund policy, except in the following cases:
Duplicate Payment made accidentally
Incorrect Billing due to system error
Service Not Activated after payment within 7 working days
Change of mind after activation
Partial usage of the subscription period
Unused features of the platform
Account suspension due to Terms violation
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
