Welcome to the eNext School System (“eNext School”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the eNext School platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By registering, logging in, or using the eNext School system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the system.
The system is intended for use by authorized students, parents/guardians, teachers, staff, and school administrators only.
Users must access the system only through credentials provided by the school.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising student use.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Sharing accounts or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
eNext School is not responsible for misuse resulting from compromised credentials.
Users agree to:
Use the system only for educational and administrative purposes
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Not upload, share, or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse system services
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
Academic data, messages, and uploads remain the responsibility of the respective school and users.
eNext School acts as a technology service provider and does not guarantee academic outcomes.
All system software, design, logos, and content are the property of eNext School.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the system without prior written permission.
User data is handled in accordance with the eNext School Privacy Policy. By using the system, you consent to data collection and usage as described in the Privacy Policy.
eNext School strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee 100% availability.
The system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
eNext School shall not be liable for:
Data loss due to user error or unauthorized access
Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
eNext School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access:
For violation of these Terms & Conditions
At the request of the school administration
For security or legal reasons
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates will be communicated through the system or official channels. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

eNext School may offer paid services, modules, or subscriptions as agreed with the respective school or institution.
All payments must be made through authorized payment methods provided by eNext School or its approved payment partners.
Fees are determined by the selected plan, features, and duration and are communicated in advance.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice to the school or authorized payer.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limited access to paid features.
Subscriptions, if applicable, are valid for the agreed billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or custom).
Renewal of subscriptions may be automatic or manual, depending on the agreed terms with the school.
It is the responsibility of the school or payer to ensure timely renewal to avoid service disruption.
As eNext School provides digital software services, there is no return of services once access is granted or the system is activated.
Requests for service changes or corrections may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of eNext School.
Payments made for eNext School services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or access has been provided.
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate or excess payment
Payment made due to technical error
Service not delivered as agreed
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through official communication channels.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used subscription periods.
All applicable taxes, including GST, shall be charged as per Indian government regulations.
Transaction fees, if any, charged by payment gateways or banks are non-refundable.
